When you sign up or log in, we place secure session tokens to keep you authenticated while you use the app. These tokens are tied to your account and are removed when you sign out or when your session expires. They allow you to access your private dashboard, audit history, and saved looks without logging in on every page.

4. Analytics cookies

We use first-party, anonymized analytics to understand how features are used — for example, how many users complete a Glam Audit or build a personalized look. This data is tied to a user identifier for feature improvement only and is never sold or used for advertising. Analytics events are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.

5. Preference cookies

Preference cookies remember small choices that improve your experience, such as whether you have dismissed a tooltip or your place in a multi-step flow. These are optional and can usually be cleared by signing out or clearing your browser data.

6. Third-party services

The Glam Coach™ uses trusted infrastructure providers for authentication, encrypted storage, and AI processing. These providers may set their own cookies or tokens in connection with the services they deliver on our behalf, but they are contractually bound to process data only for our app and not to use it for their own advertising or tracking.

We do not install advertising or social-media tracking pixels on our marketing pages. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and provide a clear consent choice before those cookies are placed.
