Your Beauty, Your Privacy
A privacy promise as personal as your glam.
Encrypted in Transit
Every selfie is uploaded over a secure, encrypted connection (TLS 1.2+). Your photos travel directly to your private storage, never exposed in transit.
Stored in Your Account
Your photos live in your private, authenticated account behind row-level security. No one else can browse, view, or access them — not even our team.
Used Only for Your Coaching
AI analysis is performed on your uploaded image solely to generate your personalized Glam Audit and look recommendations. We do not use your face to train models.
You Control Your Data
From your profile you can delete individual audits, clear your entire history, or remove your account data at any time. You stay in control.
Our promise: we will never sell your photos, share them with third parties, or use them for advertising, facial recognition databases, or model training. Your beauty is your business — we simply provide the mirror.
1. Our promise
CoCoa Nashá Beauty ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. Your selfies, audits, looks, and account information are private to you and never sold. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the controls you have over your data.
2. What we collect
- Account details: email address, display name, and password hash provided at sign-up.
- Selfies and photos: images you upload to receive a Glam Audit or build a personalized look.
- Audit results and looks: AI-generated scores, recommendations, face-shape estimates, color-harmony notes, and saved routines.
- Preferences and profile: skin-tone, style, and occasion preferences you choose to save.
- Analytics events: feature usage (e.g., audit started, look completed, page views) tied to your user ID to improve The Glam Coach™.
3. How we use your information
We use your data only to operate and improve The Glam Coach™ experience:
- Generate personalized AI makeup feedback and step-by-step routines.
- Display your audit history and saved looks in your account.
- Secure your account and prevent abuse.
- Understand how features are used so we can improve coaching quality.
4. AI analysis and face data
The Glam Coach™ uses AI to analyze your uploaded selfie for visible facial features (face shape, eye shape, skin tone, makeup placement) and to generate personalized recommendations. Your image is processed only for your coaching session; we do not use it to train AI models, build facial recognition databases, or create advertising profiles.
AI processing is performed through secure, managed infrastructure. The original selfie and any detected landmarks remain tied to your private account and are not shared with model providers for their own use.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your information only as long as necessary for your account and coaching history. Below is our retention approach for each category:
Selfies & Audit Results
Kept for as long as your account is active so you can revisit your looks and track your progress. Deleted immediately when you remove an audit or your account.
Analytics Events
Anonymized feature-usage events are retained for up to 12 months to help us improve The Glam Coach™, then automatically deleted.
Account & Profile Data
Email, name, and preferences are stored while your account is open. After account deletion, all data is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
6. Security measures
We protect your data using encryption in transit (TLS), authenticated access controls, row-level security in the database, and secure infrastructure providers. While no service is 100% secure, we follow industry practices to guard against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your information.
7. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your data. We work with trusted infrastructure providers for authentication, encrypted storage, and AI inference. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and are not permitted to use your selfies or results for their own purposes.
8. Your rights and controls
You have full control over your data from your profile and account settings:
- Delete individual selfies and audits.
- Clear your entire audit or look history.
- Update your account information.
- Request an export of your data.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
9. Children's privacy
The Glam Coach™ is intended for users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. By using The Glam Coach™, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing. We handle your information with the same privacy protections described here regardless of where you access the service.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, through the app or email.
