App-owned content

These Terms of Service are maintained by CoCoa Nashá Beauty for The Glam Coach™. They are written in plain language and are not a substitute for legal advice. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, uploading a selfie, or otherwise using The Glam Coach™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use The Glam Coach™

You must be at least 13 years old to use The Glam Coach™. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please use a strong, unique password, keep your email address current, and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Your content and your rights

The selfies, notes, and other content you upload remain yours. By using The Glam Coach™, you grant CoCoa Nashá Beauty a limited, revocable license to process that content solely to deliver your coaching experience — for example, to run your Glam Audit™, generate your personalized look, and store your history in your private account.

You confirm that any photograph you upload depicts you or someone who has given you clear permission to upload it. Do not upload images of other people, minors, or public figures without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

To keep The Glam Coach™ a safe and elegant experience for everyone, you agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or non-consensual imagery.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the AI coaching output.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent security features of the service.
• Use the app to build a competing product, dataset, or model.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any other person.

6. AI coaching disclaimer

The Glam Coach™ offers educational beauty guidance powered by AI. It is not medical, dermatological, cosmetic, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Results and recommendations are personalized suggestions, not guarantees. You know your skin, your sensitivities, and your comfort — please use your own judgment when applying any technique or product.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Some features of The Glam Coach™ may be offered on a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and previous charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

CoCoa Nashá Beauty™, The Glam Coach™, Glam Audit™, the associated logos, the design system, the AI prompts, the imagery, and the underlying software are owned by CoCoa Nashá Beauty and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the service beyond the personal, non-transferable right to use it as intended.

9. Third-party services

The Glam Coach™ relies on trusted providers for authentication, encrypted storage, and AI processing. When you use the app, portions of your interaction are processed by those providers on our behalf. We choose partners with care, but we are not responsible for their independent products, websites, or terms of service outside our integration.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, place other users at risk, or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time from your profile. When your account is closed, your selfies, results, and history are deleted from active systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Glam Coach™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoCoa Nashá Beauty disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoCoa Nashá Beauty and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or beauty products, arising from or related to your use of The Glam Coach™. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoCoa Nashá Beauty from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

14. Changes to the service and to these terms

We are always refining The Glam Coach™, so features may evolve, launch, or be retired over time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to CoCoa Nashá Beauty's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
